Getting Started
A peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto escrow service allows you to buy or sell cryptocurrency directly with another person. Our platform acts as a neutral third party, holding the crypto in a secure custodial wallet during the trade. Funds are only released once both parties confirm the deal is complete.
Yes. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for all traders. This protects everyone on the platform and keeps us compliant with financial regulations. Verification typically takes up to 24 hours.
Click "Get Started" on the homepage. Enter your name, username, and email, then set a secure password. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code by email. After verifying, complete your KYC to start trading.
You'll need a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence), a selfie holding your document, and a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months). All documents must be clear and unedited.
Buying Crypto
Browse listings on the Marketplace page. Find a seller whose price, payment method, and terms suit you. Click "Buy", enter your wallet address and the amount, then confirm. You'll be taken to the Trade Room where you'll pay the seller and upload your payment proof.
The seller is notified and reviews your payment proof. Once they confirm receipt of funds, an admin releases the crypto to the wallet address you provided. The process typically takes minutes after seller confirmation.
Raise a dispute in the Trade Room. Provide your payment evidence (screenshot, reference number). Our team will review the case, contact the seller, and release funds to you if your payment is confirmed.
Yes — if the seller has set a minimum and maximum trade amount, you can specify a custom amount within that range when initiating the trade.
Selling Crypto
Go to My Account → Listings → New Listing. Choose the asset, set your price per unit, select which payment methods you accept, and set a payment window. After creating the listing, deposit the crypto to the escrow wallet address we provide. Your listing goes live once the deposit is confirmed.
This depends on the blockchain network. Bitcoin typically takes 1–3 confirmations (~10–30 minutes), Ethereum is faster at ~1–2 minutes. We'll notify you as soon as your listing is activated.
You receive fiat directly from the buyer off-platform (bank transfer, mobile money, etc.) before confirming the trade. The crypto is only released after you confirm that you've received payment, so your fiat is in your account before you lose the crypto.
Yes, from My Listings. If there are no active trades on the listing, it can be cancelled and the escrowed crypto will be returned to your wallet within 24–48 hours.
Trades & Trade Room
The Trade Room is a private, secure chat between buyer, seller, and (if needed) our support team. It's where you exchange payment details, upload proof, and confirm the trade. All messages are recorded for dispute purposes.
The payment window is the time the buyer has to send fiat payment after initiating a trade. If the window expires without payment, the trade can be cancelled. Sellers set this when creating their listing (15 minutes to 24 hours).
The Trade Room opens after a trade is initiated. For general questions before trading, you can check the seller's listed terms and review their trading history and ratings.
After a trade completes, both parties can leave a 1–5 star rating with an optional comment. Ratings are public and help build trust on the platform. Admin can remove ratings that violate our guidelines.
Disputes & Safety
Raise a dispute if: the seller isn't responding, the buyer claims they paid but you have no record, or you suspect fraud. Do not raise a dispute just because the process is slow — use the chat first.
We aim to resolve disputes within 24 hours. Complex cases involving bank verification may take up to 72 hours. You'll be notified of the outcome by email and in-app notification.
Screenshots of payment (bank app, mobile money), transaction reference numbers, email confirmations, and any relevant chat history outside the Trade Room. The more evidence, the faster the resolution.
Yes. When a dispute is raised, the escrowed funds are frozen and cannot be released by either party or by automated processes. Only an admin can release funds after reviewing the case.
Account & Security
Go to My Account → Security → Change Password. You'll need your current password. We recommend using a unique password you don't use on any other site.
Change your password immediately from Security settings. Check your active sessions and log out any unfamiliar devices. Contact support via a ticket if you suspect unauthorised transactions.
No. One account per person is enforced through KYC verification. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and will result in permanent suspension.
Submit a support ticket from My Account → Tickets. Select the relevant category and describe your issue. Our team responds within 24 hours. For urgent trade issues, mark your ticket as High or Urgent priority.
